Conference today, oral arguments next week.
The Supreme Court is meeting on Friday in a conference session after their winter break. In their discussions, they will be giving consideration to petitions and appeals that have come before the Court for adjudication.
The justices will consider placing cases on the docket regarding abortion, civil rights, voting rights, voter fraud, water rights, and coronavirus pandemic issues, among others. The majority of cases may be disposed of summarily by unsigned orders, where a petition for certiorari, or judicial review, is denied without comment.
Regularly scheduled lists of orders are issued each Monday.
